Engagement Lead Executive
Has direct responsibility for managing all project deliverables. Responsible for relationships with senior management in medical provider and payer organizations and outside software vendors.

Operations Lead Executive
Areas of responsibility include operational effectiveness, hospital and physician work processes, reimbursement methodologies, and clinical and coding activities. Areas of skill include performance improvement, process redesign, and change management.

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Ensures that the implementation project will be completed based on the previously agreed specifications, standards and functionality required without defects and possible problems. This individual monitors and tries to improve the development process from the beginning of the project to ensure this, with an emphasis on "prevention".

Enterprise IT Lead
Leads ICD-10 impact analysis for applications and business processes, revenue cycle performance optimization, system changes implementation, coding operations changes, Health Information Management (HIM), EMR system design, Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse and reporting, and workflows in healthcare environments.

Change Management Coordinator
Will have demonstrated a range of skills including: change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, training development and planning, and implementing these initiatives in large organizations, preferably healthcare providers. Identifies specific training needs by department and resource type. Provides guidance on training and communication methods and estimates for resource requirements for participation of different groups within the organization.

Revenue Cycle Lead
Performs analysis and evaluation to determine the full ICD-10 impacts to applications and business processes. Provides system and report inventories as needed. Identifies opportunities to reduce unneeded applications and reports.

Project Plan Coordinator
Will work with project team members to develop the initial project schedule, making certain that all project schedule conflicts are resolved. Routinely, the Project Plan Coordinator will update the plan, noting aspects that are ahead of or behind schedule and analyzing the potential impact on the project.

Testing Coordinator
Establishes objectives and plans for testing including number of transactions to test, the necessary complexity of test cases, the number of cycles to test, how errors and denials will be adequately tested and tracked, and the testing timeline. Prepares and documents test data, conducts tests, analyzes problems and anomalies, reports test results, and participates in planning remediation for identified issues.

Training Coordinator
Will have experience in designing, developing, and presenting training curriculum of a technical nature. The Training Coordinator will also be skilled at applying instructional design principles to training content and demonstrates the ability to write clear and concise documentation and training materials. The Training Coordinator will also be involved in ensuring course quality and in instructor readiness such as training-the-trainer events.

Technical Writer
Creates, develops, plans, writes, and edits operational, instructional, test, or user manuals for paper, multimedia or web-based publication. Contributes to the timely design, production and delivery of product documentation and document sets. Develops concepts for the best communication of subject matter.

Senior Programmer-Analyst
Will independently analyze system specifications and requirements, encode, test, debug, and document programs on large-scale, complex projects, revise and update programs and documentation as required, exercise independent judgment to solve application development challenges, and act as a resource for other team members when questions arise.
